WynnLove Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

WynnLove is operated by Iwin Inc, a Nevada corporation. These Terms govern the WynnLove website, member applications, introductions and features provided by Iwin Inc. By expressly accepting them, you agree to these Terms and the Community Standards. The Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. Your accepted version is available in the app.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and use your own truthful account. Provide accurate age and identity information and photos you are entitled to use. Keep verification codes and account access private, report unauthorized access promptly, and do not share or transfer an account. An event can have a higher age requirement. Geographic availability and compatible, reciprocal preferences affect access to introductions. We may refuse, restrict or terminate access for lawful safety, integrity or compliance reasons, subject to mandatory rights and review of mistakes.

Introductions and conversations

WynnLove limits introductions to give people room to connect. Current limits are three new introductions in a rolling seven days and three active mutual connections. These are maximums, not promised minimums. A suitable introduction may not be available. You have seven days to decide; messaging opens after mutual interest. A mutual connection normally expires after seven days without participation from both people. One-sided messages do not keep it open indefinitely. Either person may end a connection or block the other. Limits and availability are displayed in the app and may change prospectively with appropriate notice.

Matching assistance and your choices

Introductions use confirmed preferences, eligibility and approximate distance. Automated tools can help organize the information you share or suggest profile answers, but may be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions before accepting them. Optional photo analysis has a separate choice and does not establish identity, personality, romantic chemistry or likely relationship success. No recommendation is professional, psychological, medical or relationship advice. We do not promise a date, a particular person, a match or an outcome.

Safety and personal responsibility

WynnLove does not conduct criminal background checks. Email, phone, age and manual identity reviews are limited checks and do not guarantee authenticity, character, conduct or safety. Read the Safety Guide, use the report and block controls, meet cautiously, and do not send money, financial credentials or verification codes to other members. You decide whether to communicate or meet and must respect consent and an ended connection. These responsibilities do not excuse Iwin Inc from duties or liability that the law does not permit it to exclude.

Acceptable use and moderation

Follow the Community Standards. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, impersonate, dox, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or nonconsensual intimate material, involve minors in dating, solicit commercial sex, or use the service for spam. Do not scrape member information, probe other accounts, bypass safety controls or introduce malicious code. Responsible security reports may be submitted through Help & support without exploiting or exposing member data. We may review reports and relevant content, remove material, restrict features or suspend accounts. Request review of a moderation decision through support. We do not promise to detect every violation or monitor every interaction.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Iwin Inc a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to operating the features you use, to host, reproduce, process, display and transmit it to intended recipients and to perform safety and support work. Only necessary service providers may exercise these rights on our behalf. The license ends when the content is removed except for lawful retention, limited backup handling and copies already received by others. It does not authorize use of your photos in advertising or training of a general-purpose AI model. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. WynnLove software, designs and marks remain the property of Iwin Inc or its licensors; you receive a personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service under these Terms. Lawful interoperability, fair use and other nonwaivable rights are preserved.

Invitations and events

Invite only individuals you are permitted to contact. No bulk address-book upload, deceptive invitations or commercial spam. Invitations do not create accounts or bypass verification. Event attendance is subject to the identified organizer’s terms, stated age limits, capacity and venue rules. A ticket or invitation does not promise a particular attendance mix, compatible attendees or a match. Event follow-up requires check-in and your choice to participate. Up to three private selections may be made during the stated 72-hour window. Only reciprocal selections can become introductions within shared eligibility and connection limits. A new connection after an earlier one closed does not restore the old chat. Respect other attendees’ decisions and permission before photographing them.

Charges, cancellation and holds

The current app membership is free and has no subscription or automatic renewal. Separately priced event tickets are governed by the seller and terms identified before purchase, subject to mandatory cancellation and refund rights. Cancelling app membership does not itself cancel a separately purchased ticket. Any future paid feature requires a separate clear offer and acceptance, including price, renewal, cancellation and applicable store billing terms; these Terms do not authorize a future charge. You may cancel this free agreement at any time without a fee, including within three business days after receiving it, through account deletion or a support request. You may pause introductions in Settings or request a hold through support. Moving outside the service area does not create a charge. Mandatory New York dating-service rights, when applicable, control over conflicting language.

Ending access and deletion

You may initiate deletion in Settings or use the public deletion instructions. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, safety concerns, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service, with notice and an opportunity for review when appropriate and lawful. Safety or legal circumstances may require immediate action. Termination does not remove accrued rights or mandatory refunds. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law, including any stricter deletion duty. Pausing or closing a conversation is not account deletion.

Availability and warranty limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and as is. Iwin Inc disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement to the extent such warranties can lawfully be disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, permanent availability of content, accuracy of member statements or recommendations, or the behavior of third parties. These qualifications do not limit an express promise we make or any statutory guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iwin Inc and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the service, including lost profits or opportunities. Their total aggregate liability for ordinary service-related claims is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid Iwin Inc for app membership in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any liability, consumer protection or remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable. They apply only to the extent enforceable in your circumstances.

Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and legal costs awarded in or agreed in settlement of a third-party claim directly caused by your unlawful content, infringement of another person’s rights, intentional misuse or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not cover Iwin Inc’s own negligence or misconduct or a lawful consumer complaint, review or privacy request. We must give reasonable notice, cooperate and avoid unnecessary costs. No settlement may admit liability or impose a nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent. This clause does not limit defenses or rights you cannot waive.

Disputes and consumer rights

Please use support so we can try to resolve concerns. Doing so is not a prerequisite that delays a statutory deadline, emergency relief or a complaint to an authority. Nevada law governs to the extent it does not displace mandatory law protecting you, including New York law. Claims may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; nothing requires you to give up a legally protected venue or small-claims remedy. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings. You may make truthful reviews, contact regulators and exercise privacy and consumer rights without penalty.

Changes and general terms

We will provide notice of material changes and seek renewed acceptance when required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or severed only to the lawful extent and the remainder continues. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; any business transfer by Iwin Inc remains subject to applicable privacy, consumer and consent requirements. These Terms and documents expressly incorporated into them form the agreement for the service, without displacing a separate event contract, applicable store license or mandatory law.

Mobile application terms

Your download is also subject to the applicable Apple or Google store rules and license. For iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a lawful custom license is expressly provided. Iwin Inc, not Apple or Google, operates WynnLove and provides its support and service commitments. Store providers are not parties to member relationships or event arrangements. No permission to use a platform, trademark or content is granted beyond the applicable license.
