Who can request removal
WynnLove prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery, including altered or synthetic intimate images. The person depicted or an authorized representative may request removal, whether or not they have a WynnLove account.
Submit a request
Open https://app.wynn.love/support?category=intimate_image. Identify the content and where it appears, explain the request, provide contact information for clarification, provide your full legal name as an electronic signature, and confirm that you are the person depicted or an authorized representative, that you have a good-faith belief the intimate image was shared without consent, and that the request is accurate. Do not upload the image itself. The private reply link is where replies normally appear; keep it to answer questions and read updates. If the form is unavailable, use its email fallback.
What we do
We review requests promptly and remove covered content and known identical copies within 48 hours after receiving a valid request where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies. We make reasonable efforts to locate known identical copies and may seek information necessary to identify the content or validate a request. A status update will explain the action or why removal could not be completed. False or abusive requests are prohibited, but a good-faith concern is welcome.
Children and emergencies
For suspected child sexual abuse material, report the location and relevant facts without downloading, copying or forwarding it. Use the Child safety topic. We follow applicable reporting and preservation duties. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
