Delete Your WynnLove Account
Iwin Inc · Version 2026-10-18-v3
Delete in the app or on the web
Open Settings & privacy → Your data, your decision → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. You can use https://app.wynn.love in a browser without installing the mobile app. Incomplete signup and suspension do not remove the right to request deletion. Pausing introductions is separate and does not delete the account.
If you cannot access your account
Use https://app.wynn.love/support and choose Privacy or deletion request. Include the account email and request account deletion; do not send an ID or verification code. Keep the private reply link to read our response. We may need proportionate proof that you control the account. If the form is unavailable, the support page provides a secondary email option and mailing address.
What happens next
The active profile, private answers, uploads, account-linked conversations, location and event choices are removed. Removal of derived information and restricted backups may remain pending after the first response. Ask through support for the completion status. We identify any information that must be retained under applicable law and do not treat unresolved cleanup as a completed deletion. Separately purchased event tickets and applicable refund rights are handled with the identified seller.
